Cruising

Cathy and I took a Holland America Line cruise Friday June1 to Friday June 8, round trip from Seattle. Here we concentrate on 'crusin'; other galleries cover our major stops - which see.

Juneau AK, June 3

We were in Juneau from 11 am to 10:20 pm. We spent the afternoon in downtown Juneau and took an evening whale watch tour boat.

Sitka

We were in port from 7:45 am to 4:45 pm. We took 2 tours - a 'semi-sub' in the harbor and a walking tour of the town.

Ketchikan

We were in port from 6:40 am to about 1 pm - we had time to take a boat tour to Misty Fjords. :)

Seattle

We returned to Seattle at 7 am Friday, June 8, rented a car and took in Pikes Market and a ferry to Bainbridge island. We stayed overnight near SeaTac airport and flew home the next morning. :(
